Risk-taking is such a critical aspect of leadership. Leaders must take risks themselves and create an environment where risk-taking can flourish. After all, without risk, there is no innovation, no growth, and – eventually – no organization.

So often, we witness leaders who are operating on an empty tank. They feel exhausted, stressed, overwhelmed, and anxious a lot of the time. They are on a constant treadmill, and they do not know how to stop.

And that’s exactly the wrong place to be to take strategic risks.

Sound risk-taking requires clear-headed thinking and keen discernment, which is why it’s so important to have leaders who are not stressed and overwhelmed, living on cortisol and adrenaline.

The Daring to Transcend private 6-month coaching partnership is a supportive, empowering, and co-creative process for leaders to emerge as a truly effective and inspiring BEING: one who has a clear vision has developed deep internal trust and has transcended (risen above) the internal beliefs and conditioning that limit growth.

This one-on-one coaching supports leaders in developing the resources, understanding, and knowledge you need to achieve the desired results through the power of Karen Ann Bulluck’s intuitive questions and insightful observation. The partnership is custom designed to meet the specific needs and goals of the individual, enabling him or her to emerge with the powerful presence necessary to make the most impactful contribution to the organization.

The Coaching program is delivered weekly in 1-hour sessions for roughly a 6-month period, which can be adapted to meet the leader’s schedule and pace. Each session builds on the previous as the leader works through the pillars, foundations, and practices of the DARING TO TRANSCEND Methodology to create his or her own unique risk-taking profile and style within the boundaries of the corporate vision and values.
