Ennobling Business for Success: Inspire-Ignite-Influence
The soul of an organization is the character of that organization. From that organizational character stems the behaviors, values, and actions that drives the organizational economic engine. Since excellence is a habit demonstrated by consistent behavior, the human capital attraction and development becomes the new frontier of organizational excellence.
Ennobling Business for Success provides a blueprint for organizations to understand and flip the script on the great resignation, pivot it into the great business mindfulness opportunity, and embrace the three core values propagated by the Ennobled for Success ™ Institute: Inspire, Ignite, Influence.
In her chapter, Karen dives into the way corporate culture can transcend in order to recruit and retain women in leadership positions. Too many women are opting out of the corporate grind, and companies are losing the talent and perspective they desperately need. Karen lays out some practical solutions to create a culture that supports and uplifts women. . . and everyone else in the organization.

Significant Women: Leaders Reveal What Matters Most
Most leadership books written for women today either advise us to lean in, speak up, and demand more. They are filled with tactical advice on everything from where to position yourself in the board room to how to negotiate a total compensation package.
However, very few leadership books start with the simple question – What matters to you? Who are you? What do you care about? What makes you an effective leader?
In Karen’s chapter, called “The Beauty of Detours”, she explores the pros and cons of making plans versus staying open to opportunities and seizing them. “The Beauty of Detours” will challenge you to rethink your priorities and your plans, and see the detours in life as gifts of possibility instead of obstacles to overcome.

The X-FACTOR: The Spiritual Secrets Behind Successful Executives & Entrepreneurs
What if presence, connection, and love were the hallmarks of the very best corporate leaders? What if trust, courage, and joy were cultivated throughout the workplace? What if your work was the playground for spiritual growth and personal expansion?
With trust in corporate leadership at an all-time low, we are in the midst of a great spiritual awakening. Corporate executives and entrepreneurs who can tap into their spiritual nature will thrive.
Karen’s chapter is called “Of Boxes and Boundaries: How My Spiritual Journey Taught Me to Break Free of Boxes and Live within Boundaries”. She shares her experience with limiting beliefs and restrictive rules that minimized both her potential and her growth. She reveals key turning points in her life that reconnected her to her spiritual path and the boundaries that it provided. Those boundaries, rather than keeping her in other people’s boxes, helped her to claim her freedom and her potential to soar.
About the author.

Reading is my favorite past-time. I can lose myself in books faster than anyone I know. Just ask my husband. So, writing was a natural extension of that.
When I turned to writing for myself, outside of journaling, I figured I would write about business, about my life as an executive. Discovering Power, and the books that follow it, really surprised me. I didn’t expect it to be fiction, yet that’s what called me. I love the characters, especially Sheryl. I love the courage and tenacity that she shows.
My favorite subjects to talk about as a speaker are risk-taking and creativity, which are closely entwined. Writing novels involves both of those things. . . and what’s even more special is the way my characters, especially Sheryl, learn to take risks and come up with creative solutions.
In Pursuing Truth, Sheryl’s husband Dave assumes a narrative role, as does his work friend Alisha — and of course, Sheryl continues to tell her story. Interweaving the three perspectives was a new challenge for me, but I love the way it turned out! I hope you do too.
Don’t forget to grab a copy of Discovering Power, if you haven’t already.
